1. #KatiFAQ is it normal to make backwards progress when starting with a new therapist? On campus at college I’ve been seeing one counselor who has referred me out and at home, over summer and break, I see interns and they leave after one year. Is it normal to make backwards progress, ie. depression again, flashbacks, urges to self harm, eating issues etc. and How do I cope with constantly being bounced around and changing counselors?
2. #KatiFAQ I have recently started trying to process my childhood sexual abuse. It occurred frequently from the age of 3 till 9 however until a few years ago (I am now 25) I had no memory of it. How is this possible? Now I feel like I have two alternate lives and it is making me question everything about myself. I feel like I don’t know who I am anymore. I hope this makes sense?
3. #katiFAQ It’s finals week here at college and I’m having such a hard time getting up and studying and writing my essays. What can I do to get me to do what I need to do? Love your videos and thanks for all you do!
